Prof. Tariq Mansoor is presently serving as the Vice-Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Previously he has also served as Principal, J.N. Medical College, Chief Medical Superintendent, J.N. Medical College Hospital and Chairman, Department of Surgery. He is also the member of Medical Council of India since March 2015 for a period of four years. He is product of the first batch of prestigious Our Lady of Fatima Higher Secondary School, Aligarh. During his school days he has served as House Captain as well as School Captain. He did his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh. A surgeon by profession with special interest in Breast and Thyroid Diseases, Prof. Tariq Mansoor has 33 years of Teaching and 35 years of Clinical experience. 8 PML-N lawmakers switch loyalties

Islamabad: Six Members of the National Assembly (MNAs), two from Punjab and four from Balochistan and two others of Punjab Assembly quit Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) to join Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Balochistan Awami Party”>Balochistan Awami Party (BAP).

MNA Raza Hayat Harraj from Khanewal, Rana Umar Nazir from Gujranwala, members of Punjab Assembly Abdul Razzaq Khan Niazi and Raheela Yahya Munawar earlier made an announcement to join PTI at Imran Khan’s Banigala residence, Dawn reported.

Four MNAs from Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan, Dostain Domki, Khalid Magsi and Khalil George announced to join the newly formed BAP. Khan, Domki and Magsi quit PML-N last month only.

On Thursday, Khan, a former state minister and MNA from Lasbela said, we decided to quit the party over its policies of injustice towards Balochistan.
Khan slammed the party’s policies and vowed to defend the rights of people of Balochistan.
