Prof. Tariq Mansoor is presently serving as the Vice-Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Previously he has also served as Principal, J.N. Medical College, Chief Medical Superintendent, J.N. Medical College Hospital and Chairman, Department of Surgery. He is also the member of Medical Council of India since March 2015 for a period of four years. He is product of the first batch of prestigious Our Lady of Fatima Higher Secondary School, Aligarh. During his school days he has served as House Captain as well as School Captain. He did his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh. A surgeon by profession with special interest in Breast and Thyroid Diseases, Prof. Tariq Mansoor has 33 years of Teaching and 35 years of Clinical experience. Muslim bodies to stage dharna demanding cancellation of Netanyahu’s visit

Mumbai: Raza Academy, Sunni Jamiat Ulama, Muslim Council and Rahmani group have announced 5-day protest dharna from January 15 to January 19.

Founder of Raza Academy Mohammed Sayeed Noori said dharna is being staged for 5 days, to protest Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s visit who is the enemy of Qibla-e-awwal and killer of Palestinian children and entire humanity. He appealed all scholars and imams of the masjid to join the dharna and mount pressure on the government to cancel Netanyahu’s visit.

His visit will hurt the sentiments of all justice-loving citizens of the country. If the government claims ‘sab ka saath sab ka vikas’ it should respect Muslims’ sentiments and cancel Netanyahu’s visit, said Muslim scholars.
