Prof. Tariq Mansoor is presently serving as the Vice-Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Previously he has also served as Principal, J.N. Medical College, Chief Medical Superintendent, J.N. Medical College Hospital and Chairman, Department of Surgery. Cold Sunday morning in Delhi

New Delhi: It was a cold Sunday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 5.7 degrees celsius, two notches below the season’s average, the Met Office said.

The Met Office has forecast a clear sky during the day and shallow fog in the evening. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 23 degrees celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 97 per cent and the visibility stood at 1,000 metres.

Saturday’s maximum temperature was recorded at 23 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was recorded at 5.5 degrees Celsius.
