Prof. Tariq Mansoor is presently serving as the Vice-Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Previously he has also served as Principal, J.N. Medical College, Chief Medical Superintendent, J.N. Medical College Hospital and Chairman, Department of Surgery. He is also the member of Medical Council of India since March 2015 for a period of four years. He is product of the first batch of prestigious Our Lady of Fatima Higher Secondary School, Aligarh. During his school days he has served as House Captain as well as School Captain. He did his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh. A surgeon by profession with special interest in Breast and Thyroid Diseases, Prof. Tariq Mansoor has 33 years of Teaching and 35 years of Clinical experience. He has 90 publications to his credit and has guided 49 Postgraduate Medical Students for their Thesis as Supervisor / Co-Supervisor

Delhi: NGO named Institute of Learning Mania has come forward to help the victims of 70 Juggiyas of below poverty line families those were burnt near Dhobighat in Batla House. NGO give them clothes.

On this occasion senior journalist and social worker Syed Amir Mian also visited the victims and participated in this work with NGOs. The victims told that the 61 people got checks from the Kejriwal government but they could not get the check money. Because all the documents including the bank pass book voter ID have also been burnt. Many victims told that they do not have sleeping bed and no utensils. They have a lot of trouble. The same NGO President Shama Khan played an important role in this help. She collected clothes with his team and reached to the victims. Shama told that his NGO has been doing this kind of work for almost 4 years. Who does without any government help.
