Prof. Tariq Mansoor is presently serving as the Vice-Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Previously he has also served as Principal, J.N. Medical College, Chief Medical Superintendent, J.N. Medical College Hospital and Chairman, Department of Surgery. He is also the member of Medical Council of India since March 2015 for a period of four years. He is product of the first batch of prestigious Our Lady of Fatima Higher Secondary School, Aligarh. During his school days he has served as House Captain as well as School Captain. He did his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh. A surgeon by profession with special interest in Breast and Thyroid Diseases, Prof. Tariq Mansoor has 33 years of Teaching and 35 years of Clinical experience. He has 90 publications to his credit and has guided 49 Postgraduate Medical Students for their Thesis as Supervisor / Co-Supervisor

SOCH Organises Exhibition of Handicraft Products made by AMU students

SOCH beyond the imagination (A Social Organisation of AMU Students) in Collaboration with Women's Polytechnic AMU Aligarh Organises Exhibition of Handicraft Products made by the students of Handicrafts Centre run by SOCH.

Camp was inaugurated jointly  by Prof Zeba Shireen, Mr Upendra Singh "Neetu" (Zila Panchyat Adhyakhsh), Mr Saad Hameed (TPO General), Principle Women's Polytechnic Dr Salma Shaheen & CO Civil Lines Rajeev Kumar Singh

Prof Zeba Shireen appreciated the efforts made by students and team soch.
Mr Upendra Singh Neetu said that he will help team SOCH in all kind of work in district aligarh as it is his responsibility as being a Zila panchayat adhayakhs.
Mr Saad Hameed said that He his amazed to see youth involved in such a positive work and they are developing positive leadership which is need of the hour.
Principle Women's Polytechnic Dr Salma Shaheen said that the students of handicraft centre needs motivation and support from the society.

Mr Rajeev Kumar Singh CO Civil Lines promised for all kind of administrative support to the AMU Students "I will talk to the business organization's to provide space for a retail outlet of soch so that the buyers can directly met the requirements.

Many hundreds of people visited and bought products from the exhibition. This exhibition has provided Plateform for the downtrodden people in society.
Around 30 students took part and showed their products made by them, all are students of SOCH skill development Centre

Dr Faheem Javed Chief Election Officer RDA, Dr Murad Ahmad(ex President RDA, Dr Kashif Razi  Dr Asim Israr, along with other facility members and students visit the exhibition and motivate the students for their work.
Dr Danish Suhail (Gen Secretary of SOCH) said that the mission of our organisation is to provide platform to those who want to be skillfully sound and in advance of time we will organise such types of programmes which will encourage these type of students
