AMU Minority issue : what Jasim says!

"Negating minority status to Aligarh Muslim University is just like burying post 1857 First War of Independence history . But we should not deal the issue with sentiments and must fight legally and democratically . In democracy , bilateral talks pay rich dividends . Leaving aside street or party politics , Muslims particularly AMU community should open channels of dialogues with central government . In no way politics of confrontation should be adopted before 04 April 2016 next date of hearing in the Supreme Court ."

Dr Jasim Mohammad
