Prof. Prabhakar is a Living Example of AMU Nobiltiy

Professor Krishnamurthy Prabhakar is an alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University and currently a Professor in SRM University, Kattankulathur, Chennai. He is one of the admirers of A.M.U. and its culture. He spent many years in Aligarh with his wife. Professor Prabhakar was born in Vishakhapattanam, Andhra Pradesh and one of Telugu speakers he was in AMU. Despite the differences in culture, language and rituals, he admired Aligarian way of living. Prof. Prabhakar is one of the living example of nobility of Aligarh Muslim University. He had been taught by three Nobel Prize Winners namely Robert Fry Engel, James. A. Mirrlees, and Michael Spence. Prof. Prabhakar said that he never missed home when he was in Aligarh, he stayed at Purani Chungi in Aligarh. He got an opportunity to achieve a scholarship from Oxford University too and gives credit to AMU of his success. He was n scholar of Management Department in AMU under AIMA-AMU Programme.
Prof. Prabhakar looks forward to help AMU students and eager to recommend for the scholarship to the students working on Economic Themes. He advises AMU students to look for ISEO Summer School to get a scholarship of Rupees 100,000. It is a scholarship on Nobel foundation.
Prof. Prabhakar says he never felt discriminated in AMU. Not even once. He admires Sir Syed and calls him a Guardian of Humanity. He said AMU is a great example of humanity, modern education in a combination of Oriental culture. He is disappointed with the attacks on AMU by hate Mongers and said Sir Syed opened this University for all. He gave an example of Ishari Prasad Dayal as AMU's first student. He advises AMU students to work on the mission of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. Muslims and Dalits, in his opinion, needed to be educated and combine their political strength. Disappointed with current attacks of Political goons, he said that soon you will end of this hooliganism just like Delhi and Bihar as an example.
He takes it as a great opportunity to meet Prof. Irfan Habib and time spent with Muslim Intellectuals in Aligarh. He said that I had not left even one inch of AMU to visit. He reminds food at Tasveer Mehel and evening tea at Chungi Dhaaba with his wife. Despite being a South Indian especially from Tamil Nadu he enjoyed every moment of Aligarh life. He offers his services to AMU and students. He said that it will be a greatest pleasure and too glad to offer my humble service to my Alma Mater.
