Prof. Tariq Mansoor is presently serving as the Vice-Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Previously he has also served as Principal, J.N. Medical College, Chief Medical Superintendent, J.N. Medical College Hospital and Chairman, Department of Surgery. He is also the member of Medical Council of India since March 2015 for a period of four years. He is product of the first batch of prestigious Our Lady of Fatima Higher Secondary School, Aligarh. During his school days he has served as House Captain as well as School Captain. He did his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh. A surgeon by profession with special interest in Breast and Thyroid Diseases, Prof. Tariq Mansoor has 33 years of Teaching and 35 years of Clinical experience. He has 90 publications to his credit and has guided 49 Postgraduate Medical Students for their Thesis as Supervisor / Co-Supervisor

AMU congratulations to newly noble prize winner Kailash Satyarthi

ALIGARH December 23: Pranayak a social welfare society of the students of Aligarh Muslim University send a congratulations letter to the newly noble prize winner and a renowned social worker Mr. Kailash Satyarthi. The President of the society Mr. Aflah ul Haque said that the whole community of the social worker's are feeling pride that the noble peace prize was given to an Indian social worker and a very inspiring man who devoted his life to the social cause. The Noble laureate is an engineer by profession but he chooses to do social work for the welfare of the society and the development of the country we hope that we may learn lot of things from him and soon will go to meet him and discuss the issues of Aligarh children. We are always ready to help the society with the best we can and trying to uplift the society by imparting them education.

Pranayak is basically working for the education of poor Children’s since two years. The vice-president Mr. Arish Qamar and Hony. Secretary Mr. Nishit Sharma also congratulates him at this happy moment.
